Lenders require a credit score of 650 or higher with a history of on-time payments and foreclosures/bankruptcies to be at least two years from being discharged. The debt-to-income ratio should be 35-45% depending on the loan program. Proof of income and residency in the property where the project will be installed will also be required.

Interest rates range from 5-9%, with the most common rate being 6.25-6.5%. Secured loans have terms from 5 to 20 years, while unsecured loans have options of 5, 10, or 15 years.

Landscape and remodel clients will receive a customized payment schedule based on the scope of their project. All we need is a 15% deposit to start the permit and engineering process.
